We prepare standard (sample) labour law documents and negotiate contracts with specific companies, such as managerial contracts, for example. We participate in creating internal employment regulations, including wage regulations and other regulations pertaining to remuneration. We draw up draft collective agreements at a company and higher level and represent our clients during meetings with representatives of trade union organisations or other employee representatives.

  • Provides consultancy in regards to dispatching employees on business trips, transferring and relocating employees or transferring rights and responsibilities from labour law relations in association with restructuring of employers;

  • Assesses and prepares collective agreements; represents employees during negotiations with representatives of trade union organisations or other employee representatives;

  • Provides consultancy in regards to employing foreigners and dispatching employees to carry out work abroad, including securing all services in association with regulatory requirements and fulfilling notification obligations in relation to state bodies;

  • Provides assistance in matters regarding termination of labour law relations, mass redundancies, invalidity of redundancy, competition bans, severance pay, etc.;

  • Represents clients before courts or other bodies in disputes arising from labour law relations or related to them, especially in disputes concerning termination of employment and any associated entitlements (severance pay, performance from the non-compete clause, etc.).
